What is Summit Integrative Medicine?
Summit Integrative Medicine is a naturopathic and regenerative medical practice in Tucson, Arizona. Providing an integrative medicine approach to root-cause, whole-person care.
Do you take my insurance?
At Summit Integrative Medicine, we believe in transparent communication regarding insurance coverage and patient responsibility.
Out-of-Network Provider Status: Our naturopathic physicians are licensed primary care providers in the State of Arizona, and are considered out-of-network providers; therefore are not covered at the time of service. We do not bill insurance at the point of service.
Certain screening labs and imaging may be covered depending on the type of insurance and your insurance plan. Call your insurance provider to determine what type of coverage they provide.
Payment at Time of Service: Payment for all services is due in full at the time of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include debit/credit card, HSA, and FSA.
To make care more affordable, accessibility payment and/or pricing options may be available. Call us at (520) 448-9031 to learn more about what we are currently offering or for any questions or concerns regarding payment.
Reimbursement Information: As a courtesy, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with diagnosis and procedure codes) at the request of the patient. You may submit this superbill to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your insurance plan. At this time, Medicare, Medicaid, and AHCCCS do not cover naturopathic physician services in Arizona. Visits and treatments provided at this practice are not reimbursable through these programs.
Patient Responsibility: Patients are responsible for all charges incurred at Summit Integrative Medicine. Any reimbursement, appeals, or disputes with your insurance company are solely between you and your insurance provider.
